I specialise in the following: Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy & Baby Massage, Eastern Bamboo Massage, Thermal Auricular Therapy (hopi Candling) and Crystal Therapy. I am  also  a qualified Reiki Master Teacher and experienced Practitioner.  I am a member of the Reiki Federation and a fully qualified member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) who follow a strict code of professional conduct and ethics. These therapies have been practised by various ancient civilisations from the Chinese, the Japanese to the Egyptians and the Native American Indians, as far back as 10000 BC. Unlike conventional medicine, the Holistic approach seeks to treat the person as a whole by looking at all aspects of their lives, lifestyle, diet, occupation and emotions, rather than just looking at and treating the symptoms of the current illness. I have come to realise that living in today’s world, a large number of illnesses come about as a result of stress and tension in the way we live our lives. If we have had an injury, an illness, bereavement, or suffered a bout of stress, the body will very often be left in a state of imbalance, thus leaving our essay help online vital energy fields blocked, this then prevents the body and its individual systems from working effectively.
